2.- Platform Setup and Catalog Upload

We configure the platform to ensure optimal operation for your company. Key information is collected from process owners using predefined templates, and the data is then uploaded by the EMERALD IT team.


3.- Training and coaching

We provide training to equip your team with the knowledge and skills needed to efficiently perform tasks within the system. Additionally, a test database containing relevant data is provided for hands-on practice.


4.- GO "LIVE"

Your team is granted access to the production database, officially launching operations.
