Configuration

The Aggroupators, Special, Formats and Report sections are enabled.
- Accounting-> EIncome statement-> Aggroupators
In this section the groupers that are required in the accounting report are configured. It contains one or more accounting accounts. There is no limit of groupers.
- Accounting-> EIncome statement-> ESPECIALS
In this section special labels are added to the invoices and journal entries to be considered in the accounting report.
- Accounting-> Income statement-> FORMAT
In this section the structure of the desired report is configured, there are 6 types of lines that can be added:
1.
Account- Adds the amount of an account in the chart of accounts.2. Aggroupator- Select a grouper from those that have been registered.
3. Title- Line to indicate with text the title and separate the content.
4. Summary- Generates a total line, summing the lines.
5. Calculate -You can indicate which lines need to be added or subtracted.

In the FORMAT, you can indicate which of the accounts is the PIVOT and SALES ACCOUNT. The first is to set the reference amount to obtain the percentages of each line within the report. The second helps to convert the amounts to a positive value.

This section leads to the web report, where you must choose the format and period to be displayed. The report is displayed according to the structure defined in the format. And the information can be filtered by year and analytical account.
