Generates line estimates of a sales order considering the following data: Amortization, Warranty Fund, Liability, Deductions and withholdings. This to have a subtotal resulting from subtracting the aforementioned concepts from the amount to be estimated. In addition, the record of each of the values entered is added to the lines of the sales order.

When entering a subtotal and concepts of amortization, guarantee fund, civil liability, deductions and withholdings, it generates a subtotal.

Amortization, guarantee fund and liability may be paid in percentages or fixed amounts.

The line that is estimated, subtracts the subtotal resulting from the estimate and generates a new line.

Features

• ​Added function within the sales order to generate ESTIMATES.
  

• The ESTIMATES function asks for the following data:

1. AMOUNT TO ESTIMATE (the user enters the value in amount).
2. ADVANCE AMORTIZATION (the user enters the percentage and based on the percentage of the AMOUNT TO ESTIMATE will calculate the value in amount. It is also requested to be fixed and can be changed if necessary)...
3. GUARANTEE FUND (the user enters the percentage and based on the percentage of the AMOUNT TO ESTIMATE it will calculate the amount. It is also requested that it be fixed and can be changed if necessary).
4. CIVIL RESPONSABILITY (the user enters the percentage and based on the percentage of the AMOUNT TO ESTIMATE will calculate the value in amount. It is also requested that it be fixed and can be changed if necessary).
5. DEDUCTIONS (the user enters the value in amount).
6. WITHHOLDINGS (This the user enters the value in amount).
7. SUBTOTAL (This is the result of the AMOUNT TO ESTIMATE minus the other concepts of ADVANCE AMORTIZATION, CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY, DEDUCTIONS, WITHHOLDINGS.

• There is a GENERATE ESTIMATE button for Odoo to do the following:
• Generate a new line in the sales order with the same product of the first item where the quantity will be 1 and the price will be the SUBTOTAL of the ESTIMATES functionality.
• Within the same new line the amounts calculated for the following items will travel in the order they are written: AMOUNT TO BE ESTIMATED, ADVANCE AMORTIZATION, GUARANTEE FUND, CIVIL LIABILITY, DEDUCTIONS, WITHHOLDINGS.
• The SUBTOTAL value added with this line will be subtracted from the first line in the price so that it does not alter the subtotal of the sales order.

• It has the functionality within the sales order to generate ESTIMATES.  
  

• In the list view of invoices related to sales, the items are added before TAXES NOT INCLUDED of AMOUNT TO ESTIMATE, AMORTIZATION OF ADVANCE PAYMENT, CIVIL LIABILITY, DEDUCTIONS, WITHHOLDINGS.
• The aggregated concepts show the sum below:
  

• AMOUNT PAID column after the TOTAL column.
